Here is a very simple recipe that will make any meal plan a lot easier to follow!
It’s super easy to prepare.

The Best Bodybuilding and Fitness Cookbook << half off regular price
But be careful, just like some of my other recipes, these nuggets are highly addictive, and their flavor will put to shame these greasy disgusting McDonald’s ultra fat nugget!
Here’s the recipe!
Chicken Nuggets
Makes 6 Servings
- 3 x 6oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1/4 cup of wheat germ
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- Garlic powder (pinch)
- 1/2 cup water or low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 large egg white
1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F. Prepare baking sheet by lining with parchment paper or coating lightly with best-quality olive oil.

2. Cut chicken breasts into nugget-sized pieces, about 1.5 inches square. Set aside.

3. Next, combine all dry ingredients in a large container with a tightly fitting lid. Shake well. This is your coating mixture.
4. Combine water and egg in a medium bowl. Dip each piece in the water/egg-white mixture. Then dip each piece in the coating mixture. Make sure each piece is well coated.

Healthy chicken pizza that won’t wreck your abs

Everytime I think about pizza, my stomach starts to rumble.

There is nothing quite like a hot slice of pizza oozing with cheese with your favorite toppings.

And who can stop at just 1 slice. Before you know it, you’ve inhaled 4 or more slices.

But when you’re working hard for 6 pack abs, this gastronomic guilty pleasure can have up to 15-20g of fat not to mention about 50 grams of carbs in only ONE SLICE.

And, like I’ve said, who stops at one slice of pizza?!

I was feeling deprived knowing I couldn’t eat this except maybe on a “cheat” or “treat” meal day until I learned about an alternative way to make pizza....the healthy way.

When it comes to creating meals that taste as good as your favorite cheat meals that are actually good for you without ruining your abs, Dave Ruel, aka The Muscle and author of the best selling cookbook, Anabolic Cooking knows his stuff.

With Dave’s permission, I’m sharing one of my favorite recipes from Anabolic Cooking.

Healthy chicken pizza that won’t wreck your abs << click here

It’s actually fun to make your own pizza, and if you have children, they just love to pitch in and help.

Best of all, you can use as little or as many ingredients as you like since they are all healthy and pretty low in calories anyway.

Better than takeout and good for you [RECIPE]

Who doesn’t like getting stir fry from their favorite Asian takeout?

There’s nothing quite like it when the food is brought to you and as you inhale the aroma, your mouth starts to water before you’ve taken your first bite.

Afterwards, I always find myself in a food coma while feeling as stuffed as The Pillsbury Dough Boy.

Have you ever wondered what their secret is to making their dishes taste so incredibly delicious?

Pssst... I’m going to let you in a secret I learned from Dave Ruel, aka The Muscle Cook and Author of Anabolic Cooking.

What he shared with me is that most restaurants cheat when they cook by adding ingredients that taste great, make you feel full and bloated afterwards, and don’t do anything good for our nutrition plans.

Don’t get me wrong, eating at restaurants is perfectly acceptable on occasion, but do it too many times, your abs are going to disappear along with your extra cash and that is not cool.

Here’s what is cool so get ready to grab your chopsticks...

What if you can prepare stir fry that tastes and smells just as mouthwatering as your favorite takeout place, without putting you into a food coma, and blowing out your abs.

And... better yet, you can impress your wife, girlfriend or significant other, with your Asian culinary skills.

Here’s a recipe for an Oriental Beef Stir-Fry you REALLY need to try compliments of Dave Ruel from his best selling cookbook, Anabolic Cooking.

Don’t worry if you’re not a good cook. It’s very simple to make and the ingredients are easy to find in your local grocery store.

Oriental Beef Stir Fry Recipe << try this tonight

Not only will you like this recipe, but you’ll also like knowing

that Dave is running a special sale on Anabolic Cooking

that I HIGHLY recommend you take advantage of.

You have until October 5th to grab over 200 Anabolicious Muscle Building recipes 50% off the regular price.

By the way, if you want to spice this recipe up, feel free to add some red pepper flakes or hot sauce to it and serve it over some brown rice.

Enjoy the recipe.

Do you have unattractive cellulite on your body?

Cellulite is literally a "life-killer" for so many women

And because of all the confusing information, many women make poor choices on certain treatments and procedures in blind attempts to fix the unwanted problem. Here are three of the absolute worst ones to avoid:

1: Liposuction - Besides it being risky, it often makes classic “cellulite” worse. When healthy fat is sucked out from under the skin. It has even less structural support and the dimples, shadows and ripples get even worse.

2: Laser Packages - This option is offered in several forms and marketed heavily as an alternative to surgery. However, there is no physiological way for a laser to reverse the underlying cause of dimples, shadows and ripples of the female trouble-zones. The lasers can cause permanent damage to the skin though.

3: Body Wraps - Also another “quick fix” that comes in several varieties, from the home “do-it-yourself” kits to the extreme “medi-spa” wrap packages. No matter how far-fetched the “method” is - there is no way to “wrap” away the problem called cellulite. The main reason being that no wrap can stimulate change at the muscle layers beneath a woman’s skin.

There are several other risky & ineffective cellulite treatments to avoid.
But the key to changing the mushy dimples and saggy shadows is to reverse the root cause at the muscle layers in the female problem areas.

This video clip reveals the 3 keys every woman must know in order to fix her cellulite issues.

The biggest problem with cellulite that goes unfixed is that it only gets worse and worse, because the trouble-spots and problem areas of the female body age faster and literally "fall apart" if they are neglected.

So, if you prefer not to let yourself fall apart - and want to actually defy gravity, then be sure to implement the tips shared here - starting tonight.

And if you have a friend or family member who also has unattractive cellulite on her body - then please do share this email with her. She'll LOVE you for it :-)

13 Things Mentally Strong People Avoid

As a business owner I spend a lot of time with other entrepreneurs that are quite concerned about their physical strength and health. When it comes down to it though mental strength can mean even more.

Characteristics of mental strength
include, tenacity, grit, optimism and the ability to "fail up" or make mistakes and keep going.

Here are 13 Things Mentally Strong People Avoid
originally published on

Read the full article online here

1.  Dwell on the Past
There is strength in acknowledging the past and especially in acknowledging the things learned from past experiences—but a mentally strong person is able to avoid miring their mental energy in past disappointments or in fantasies of the “glory days” gone by. They invest the majority of their energy in creating an optimal present and future.

2.  Fear Alone Time
Mentally strong people enjoy and even treasure the time they spend alone. They use their downtime to reflect, to plan, and to be productive. Most importantly, they don’t  depend on others to shore up their happiness and moods.

They can be happy with others, and they can also be happy alone.

3.  Feel the World Owes Them Anything
Particularly in the current economy, executives and employees at every level are gaining the realization that the world does not owe them a salary, a benefits package
and a comfortable life, regardless of their preparation and schooling. Mentally strong people enter the world prepared to work and succeed on their merits, at every stage of the game.

4.  Resent Other People's Success
It takes strength of character to feel genuine joy and excitement for other people’s success. Mentally strong people have this ability. They don’t become jealous or
resentful when others succeed (although they may take close notes on what the individual did well). They are willing to work hard for their own chances at success, without relying on shortcuts.

How to Set a New Personal Record

Sometimes our plateau in fitness has nothing to do with reps, sets, exercises or rest periods. In fact it can be totally mental. My friend Mike Westerdal recently had an experience just like that and this is how he overcame it.

===Beginning of Article===

How to Set a Personal Record In The Gym Without Changing Your Workout
by Mike Westerdal, CPT, RKC

For many years, I’ve pushed myself and others to reach the peak of our physical performance.

I’ve carefully planned and executed sophisticated work-out and nutritional programs to ensure I reached my physical max. I left no stone unturned scraping out
incremental improvement over incremental improvement.

But one day, a while back, I hit a plateau.

I was trying to increase the weight I was benching but nothing - no changes in my diet, nor changes to my routine - would push me past my current weight.

I had yet to hit a 600 pound bench press in practice or in competition. (If you’re anything like me, you’ll know the feeling of the frustration that follows when you hit
a ceiling.)

No matter what I tried, it didn’t work.

Then one day, while waiting in a doctor’s office I picked up a psychology journal left on the coffee table. Flipping through it my eye rested on a story about pro athletes and
peak performance.

Right then it hit me. It wasn’t a physical solution I needed, but a mindset change.

After hearing about Mike Gillette I managed to get into one of his strength psychology master classes where he revealed to a select audience the secret mental strength techniques he’d used when training special forces and law enforcement officers.
Within hours, I was a changed man.

That 600 pound bench press barrier I’d struggled to overcome for months and months was put to the sword within days of hearing Mike’s inspirational words and following his simple, easy-to-do mindset exercises.

During the meet I felt awesome.  I was so calm, yet fired up at the same time. I just felt ready and I was able to block out everything except for the task at hand.

A few weeks later, I called Mike to discuss the changes I’d experienced.

I asked him if it was unusual the amount of progress I’d made in such a short time. Mike casually said ‘no’ and that most of his students reported life-changing results
after spending just a few hours with him.

I was in stunned disbelief and I practically shouted down the phone at him…

For the first time, I’d seen that developing a tough mind was a learned skill.

You are NOT born with it.

Because of this ANYONE can become mentally tough.

No matter what your background, your ability and what stage you’re at now, you CAN increase your ability to handle every kind of stress - physical, mental and emotional -
and not let emotions control you.

You CAN have a calm and disciplined mind that gives you focus and strength when you need it most.

You CAN develop the kind of military-grade situational awareness that gives you the vital edge when you need it.

And Mike can hand the power to you to take control instead of letting circumstances get the better of you.

At last, I’ve persuaded Mike to open up his toolbox of psychological techniques and share with you the ‘insider’ secrets he uses to train soldiers, law enforcement officers
and… well, basically ANYONE who needs to develop mental toughness quickly and efficiently.

That’s why we’ve spent the last six months carefully selecting the most targeted and relevant advice for you. And we’ve created a complete step-by-step program that gets you from your ‘today’ self to your ‘warrior’ self as quickly as possible.

We’ve filtered out all the technical detail and present this incredible material in the most accessible and easy-to-follow way possible. Even if you’ve never been exposed
to many of these techniques before, you’ll grasp the concepts quickly and be able to apply them IMMEDIATELY.

I’ve seen the power of these lessons on the human mind.

I understand the confidence, the power and belief you’ll gain by learning to be mentally tough.

So let me tell you about...

The Psychology of Strength Program which gives you a practical, step-by-step blueprint to rapidly developing mentally toughness and suppress the fear and self-limiting
beliefs that sabotage your success.

It's the the world's first program designed to show how to develop a tough mind that combines training secrets from law enforcement, military, sports psychology, hypnosis, NLP and marital arts.

Psychology of Strength is available as a 2-disc DVD set complete with a comprehensive Strong Mind Manual designed
to be used alongside the presentations.

The program includes presentations delivered by the most highly respected mental strength coach in the world, Mike Gillette. In every presentation he’ll share every ‘insider’ secret and strategy he knows to help you develop a tough mind and smash records in the gym and in life.

This product just went live yesterday and we have already sold over 388 copies of the 1000 total DVD/Book sets available in hard copy format.

NEW The Psychology of Strength  <---Expected to Run Out Of Inventory This Week

===End of Article===

I'm sure you can relate to mental barriers.  Why is it that you can bench 300 lbs no problem but when you see 3 big plates on the bar for 315 lbs it feels so hard?  It's not your strength, it's your head.

Why can some guys lift the weight no problem time and time again in the gym, but when the pressure is on at the meet they bomb out?'s not an issue with physical strength.  The answer is to prepare yourself mentally so that you can perform at your peak

Here's how you can learn the same secrets that helped my friend Mike bench press over 600 pounds in competition.

To Your Success,
Arthur M.

3 steps to mental toughness

Mike Gillette was one of the smallest and weakest kids in his class who grew up in a household over- whelmed by domestic violence and substance abuse.

Yet, he overcame all this to become a real life  action hero.

It’s a life which includes time spent as:

*An army paratrooper

*A SWAT commander

*A member of the Martial Arts Masters Hall of Fame

*A counter-terrorism consultant to the Department of  Homeland Security

*A bodyguard to Fortune 500 executives and film stars, like Sylvester Stallone, and…

*A record-setting strongman who has been featured in Ripley’s Believe It Or Not and Guinness World Records

He has over 25 different use-of-force and weapons  systems instructor designations to his name. He’s been an in-demand tactical trainer for a literal alphabet soup of elite government agencies – FBI, DEA, DHS and TSA (in fact, he literally wrote the training manual for those last two).

You’d look at all those accolades and, like me, think to yourself “man, he must have been BORN a hero…”

But you’d be wrong.

You see, when Mike was a child he couldn’t have been further away from the person he is today.

He was small. He was weak. And he was afraid of EVERYTHING.

His personal story is one of weakness transformed into strength.

Because mental strength isn’t genetic. You’re not born with toughness of mind.

No. Mike developed a tough mind by dealing with what life threw at him.

He knows what it takes to go from your ‘today’ self to your tough-minded ‘warrior’ self. He understands you can
literally take ANYONE - applying his Three Steps of mastering mental toughness - and instantly improve how they deal with situational changes or a crisis when it arises.

---->  Mike’s Three Steps to Mental Toughness Revealed

To Your Success,
Arthur M.

Here’s a wake-up call: If you think toughness is ANYTHING to do with the size of your muscles or your physical strength, think again.

Why 99.5% of hardgainers get this completely wrong...?

Every astute lifter wanting to get bigger knows that he has to progressively lift heavier weights. This process is known as overloading and 99.5% of hardgainers get it completely wrong.

Because they don't yet know the real secret to proper overloading. Unfortunately you need to know this secret as it's the key to you enjoying unprecedented mass gains. Get this process wrong and everything else you do will be a big waste of time.

Cycling your weights by using loading and de-loading is very inefficient for continued mass gains. Every time you de-load you'll be taking a few steps backwards in your progress. Increasing your weight or rep after every workout will see you hit plateau fast.

Hardgainers cannot afford to waste a single session on an unproductive workout.

Going for the pump, doing supersets, drop sets, pre-exhaust sets, rest-pause sets or following any other "bodybuilding" principle that moves your focus away from overloading will simply not work in the long term.

The same goes for doing workouts that advocate low reps and strength gain as their primary goal. If you train for pure strength then you'll be conditioning your nervous system to lift heavier. You'll get stronger but NOT BIGGER. You can find hundreds of youtube videos of skinny guys lifting really heavy (5x5 workout users mainly).

The solution...?

Use a workout specifically designed to make hardgainers big. A workout that will make you stronger AND BIGGER at the same time. A workout that has the overloading process pinned down to a tee. Yes, I'm talking about the Kaizen Workout.

It's simply the MOST productive workout ever created for hardgainers. Try it just once and you'll be hooked with the actual workout and the results. Kaizen Workout even maps out your full genetic potential and gives you a clear roadmap to reach your milestones.

No other workout can do this for you!

So go try the Kaizen Workout NOW < < < Click Here!

I assure you that you'll be absolutely thrilled.

He went from 165 to 203 lbs using this simple workout

Have you met Adam West?

If you haven't, you really should. Adam was handpicked by the creator of Kaizen Workout to help other hardgainers reach their mass gaining goals.

And here's the intriguing fact about Adam...

He was a typical hardgainer who weighed 165 lbs (75 kgs) after 7 years of hard training. At 5'11" Adam looked like he didn't even lift. The 13 lbs he gained in 7 years of training 5 days a week was "pathetic" (in his own words).

But soon things changed dramatically for Adam!

Through some miraculous events Adam got introduced to the Kaizen Workout. And he went from 165 lbs to 203 lbs within just 3 years. At 203 lbs (92 kgs), Adam looks HUGE.

Just imagine 38 lbs (17 kgs) of beef steak sitting on your table. That's the amount muscle mass Adam packed onto his frame.

And he gained all that muscle by using a simple workout training just 3 days a week. You don't have to believe me on this. You can meet Adam West yourself at the Kaizen Workout forum. He has been appointed to be the forum administrator.

So if you're disappointed with the results of your current workout then you absolutely need to give Kaizen Workout a try.

It's simply the MOST productive workout ever created for hardgainers.

You will not be disappointed!

A perfect mass building solution for hardgainers

There's currently a lot of buzz in the muscle & fitness scene and it involves YOU. So please read this short message carefully.

With so many different muscle-building workouts out there, we still continue to see disappointing results when it comes to getting the average hardgainer buffed up. Why?

The answer is simple. Workouts that work for mainstream bodybuilders or athletes are just highly unproductive for hardgainers. Genetics play a huge part in determining how well your muscles will respond to training. Hardgainers have pulled the short straw in this case. So their muscles respond poorly to conventional bodybuilding routines.

But here's the thing...

In desperation, some hardgainers have taken different routes in order to build their physique. Some have started the traditional full body workout. Many others have latched on to low rep workouts such as the 5x5 workout. Others have started loading and de-loading cycles. And some believe that trying to beat their last workout in every successive workout will force their muscles to grow.

And the results are still shocking!

Some gain a lot of strength but very little muscle mass. Others hit plateau fast. Some struggle with their workouts and even start to hate working out altogether. And almost all are highly disappointed with their results.

Until now, there hasn't been a perfect mass building solution for hardgainers. But that is all about to change. And I need you to be part of this incredible change.

You see, a highly secretive workout has been finally made available to the general public for the first time. It's called the Kaizen Workout. And I want you to try it out.

Kaizen Workout is a simple workout that claims to be the most productive workout ever created for hardgainers. It's a perfectly balanced workout that produces mind-riveting results. Fast gains such as 15 lbs (7 kgs) of muscle mass added to your frame and 1.5 inches added to your arms are pretty common.

The Simple Mental Shift That Changes Everything

I just finished watching this really powerful video:

And it struck me...

The real measure of a man is how much control his has over his life.

And one of the keys to controlling your life is your mental and physical strength.

It’s about taking things seriously… because if you don’t take yourself seriously, how can you expect anyone else to?

But when you do... when you are in control... people notice.

Whether you’re looking for…

     - Having a magnetic pull on women
     - The kind of confidence that inspires people to your way of thinking.
     - Energy and motivation to achieve your real, life-changing goals
     - Getting the success you deserve

THIS is the one simple shift you can make that puts the whole world at your fingertips.

That might sound a little ambitious for one video, but trust me. You WANT to see this:

It’ll change the way you think about life.

Arthur M.

Why you don’t have abs :(

This is the truth... there's a very good chance that you’re wasting your time using worthless ineffective exercises every time you exercise! Even worse...

Did you know that these exercises can inure you in the process? Really...

It's TRUE! And...

What I’m talking about is, poorly designed ab training! You see...

Most people don’t have any idea how to train their abs. In fact, did you know that 99% of people are targeting the wrong ab muscles when they workout? Let me explain...

The muscles that everyone knows about and wants to see when they are on the beach are what’s called the rectus abdominus muscles.

Exercises like situps and crunches target specifically these muscles.

The problem with traditional ab workouts isn’t that they don’t effect the rectus abdominus, because... they in fact do. However...

Many years ago when I set out on my own journey to shrink my waist and reveal my 6 pack I fell for the myth that 1,000 crunches was all you had to do, and let me tell you, the first few times I performed this routine I was sore as can be. But I didn’t see any results from it :( The reason was...

I was working the wrong muscles! So...

What muscles am I talking about?

There is a group of muscles buried deep within your core that surround your midsection much like a corset, whose sole responsibility is to stabilize the spine and core during phases of movement. Now...

The reason why these muscles are so important is because they give your stomach the flat appearance you desire. And...

If these muscles aren’t active, you’ll never have the slimmer, more toned waist you desire no matter how many crunches you do!

Think about it like this, you probably know someone who has a relatively low body fat percentage but seems to still have that little beer gut or pouch belly even if they don’t drink beer or are constantly spending hours in the gym, right?

The reason for this is because they are NOT able to activate their deep abdominal muscles. When these muscles are turned off, you’ll be left with a protruding gut no matter how lean you get :( So...

How can you target these deep abdominal muscles that will rapidly flatten and tone your midsection?

The best way to target these deep core muscles and quickly tone your midsection is to use exercises that cause your core to fire as a stabilizer rather than a mover. In fact...

One simple exercise that you can do is an elbow plank on a swiss ball. When you do this, you’ll instantly feel all of your deep abdominal muscles work hard to support your body in the plank and keep your spine protected. However...

While this is a great exercise for developing your deep core muscles, I wanted to also share with you a new ab training method that’s making even even this awesome exercise look obsolete...

It’s an ab training technique called a Core Activation Sequence and to be honest I only recently came across these exercises when my friend Tyler introduced me to their creator Dr. James Vegher. The reality is...

If you want to have the greatest chances at activating your deep core muscle so you can shrink your waistline and reveal toned or even 6pack abs,then... this is what you need...

Arthur M.

Social Media Disclosure

The following describes the Social Media Disclosure for our sites as outlined in the Table of Contents for Legal Statements.

Social Media Issue
We live in an interesting time when privacy rights are championed alongside an unprecedented voluntary willingness of people to share their most intimate and superfluous life details with the world, even in places such as our Fitness and Nutrition Center website. While apparently benign on the surface, the dangers of unrestrained public disclosure of sensitive information is beginning to surface.

Key social media players are being sued for unauthorized or abusive use/misuse of personal information. Failure to protect and warn are likely going to be focal factors. Lawsuits are filed seeking damages for statements held to be responsible for people's death or suicide. Bloggers presuming to operate under an unfettered freedom of speech or greater latitude offered to members of the press are losing civil cases for defamation, slander, libel, and so on.

As social media rapidly advances to allow more technologically sophisticated and easy dissemination, the simultaneous fallout of revelation without boundaries is mounting. Thus, a sober approach to the benefits of social media, while sidestepping the perils of imprudent disclosure, can facilitate an enjoyable online experience, without the consequences of excess, in settings such as our own website.

Presence/Scope of Social Media
You should assume that social media is in use on our Fitness and Nutrition Center website. A simple click of a button to endorse a person, product, or service is building a cumulative profile about you, which you should always assume can be discovered by others. Attempting to share a website with someone, whether by direct press of a button or else by email forwarding facilitated on a website, you should assume that this may not stop with the intended recipient, and that this can generate information about you that could be seen by a veritable infinite number of people. Such a domino effect could initiate right here on our website.

Something as simple as a blog comment provides the opportunity for knee-jerk reactions that can become public and may not truly represent a position (at least in strength or severity) that you might hold after a period of more reasoned contemplation. You should also note that the ease of accessing one site through the login credentials of another, or the use of a global login for access to multiple sites can accumulate a dossier on you and your online behavior that may reveal more information to unintended parties than you might realize or want. Any or all of these features could exist on our Fitness and Nutrition Center website at one time or another.

These few examples illustrate some possible ways that social media can exist, though it is not an exhaustive list and new technologies will render this list outdated quickly. The objective is to realize the reach of social media, its widespread presence on websites in various forms (including this website), and develop a responsible approach to using it.

Protecting Others
You should recognize the fact that divulgences made in and on social media platforms on this website and others are rarely constrained just to you. Disclosures are commonly made about group matters that necessarily affect and impact other people. Other disclosures are expressly about third parties, sometimes with little discretion. What can appear funny in one moment can be tragic in the next. And a subtle "public" retaliation can have lifetime repercussions.

Ideal use of social media on our website would confine your disclosures primarily to matters pertaining to you, not others. If in doubt, it's best to err on the side of non-disclosure. It's doubtful the disclosure is so meaningful that it cannot be offset by the precaution of acting to protect the best interests of someone who is involuntarily being exposed by your decision to disclose something on our website (or another).

Protecting Yourself
You should likewise pause to consider the long-term effects of a split-second decision to publicly share private information about yourself on our Fitness and Nutrition Center website. Opinions, likes, dislikes, preferences, and otherwise can change. Openly divulging perspectives that you hold today, may conflict with your developing views into the futures. Yet, the "new you" will always stand juxtaposed against the prior declarations you made that are now concretized as part of your public profile. While the contents of your breakfast may hold little long-term impact, other data likewise readily shared can have consequences that could conceivably impact your ability to obtain certain employment or hinder other life experiences and ambitions.

As with sharing information about other people, extreme caution should be used before revealing information about yourself. If in doubt, it's likely best not to do it. The short term gain, if any, could readily be outweighed by later consequences. Finally, you should note that we are not responsible for removing content once shared, and we may not be able to do so.

Restrictions on Use of Social Media Data
You, as a visitor to our website, are not permitted to "mine" social media or other platforms contained herein for personal information related to others. Even where people have publicly displayed data, you should not construe that as though you have the liberty to capture, reproduce, or reuse that information. Any use of social media or related platforms on our website are for interactive use only, relevant only during the website visit.

Accuracy of Social Media Data
As any social media platform is built on user-generated content, you should consider this fact in seeking to determine the authenticity of anything you read. We are not responsible for verifying any user-generated content for accuracy. A best practices policy would be to view all such content as strictly opinion, not fact.

Potential Issues of Liability
You should also be mindful of the fact that your words could trigger liability for harm caused to others. While you have the right to free speech, you do not have the right to damage other people. Under basic principles of tort law, you are always responsible, personally, for situations where either:

1. you were required to act, but did not (i.e. - some "duty of care")
2. your were required to refrain from acting, but did not (i.e. - slander, defamation, etc.)

These "sins of omission and commission" could cause problems for you, irrespective of whether you assert you are conducting business under the guise of one or more business entities. Illegal and unethical conduct, when done in the name of a corporation or LLC, is still illegal and unethical conduct. As it is rarely part of a business plan to engage in illegal and unethical conduct, you are doubtfully operating in any official capacity, but rather, perhaps, leveraging that capacity to effectuate personal wrongdoing. You should consult a licensed attorney if you wish legal advice as to the (potential) ramification of your situation or legal problems stemming from this website or another.

Federal Trade Commission Compliance

We make every effort at candor regarding any products or services we use, recommend, or otherwise make mention of at Fitness and Nutrition Center. We strive to clearly differentiate between our own products or services versus those of third parties, to facilitate inquiries, support, and customer care. Likewise, just as we (and any other legitimate business) may profit from the sale of our own products or services, we may also profit from the sale of others’ products or services (like any retailer) at Additionally, wherever products or services may give rise to income generation, we endeavor to provide realistic and factual data, but highlight the fact that the variables impacting results are so numerous and uncontrollable that no guarantees are in any way made. It is our goal to embrace the guidelines and requirements of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for the benefit of all, and with that in mind provide the following disclosures regarding compensation and disclaimer regarding earnings & income.

Note that material connections may not be made known at every single advertisement or affiliate link. Thus, to be safe, you should simply assume there is a material connection and that we may receive compensation in money or otherwise for anything you purchase as a result of visiting this website, and also that we may be paid merely by you clicking any link.
One or more parties affiliated or associated with our Fitness and Nutrition Center website in some way may be an affiliate. This means that links to products on, as well as reviews leading to purchases, can result in a commission being earned. Again, disclosure of this material connection and the potential for compensation may not be made at every single possible opportunity. To be safe, simply assume there is a material connection and potential for compensation at all times. While this does not imply skewed or unduly biased reviews, full disclosure calls for this warning.

You should assume that we may be compensated for purchases of products or services mentioned on this website that are not created, owned, licensed, or otherwise materially controlled by us. Stated differently, while most people obviously understand that individuals make a living by way of the profit that remains after the costs associated with providing their product or service are covered, at least theoretically there may be someone out there who does not understand that a third party can "affiliate" someone else's products or services and be compensated by the product or service creator/owner for helping spread the word about their offering. Just compare it to retailers. They seldom produce anything, but rather make their money connecting product and service creators with end users.

Having said that, you cannot count on anyone looking after your interests but you. So, you ought to always do your own research into various offers and opportunities, to the extent that leaves you comfortable, doing your own due diligence prior to making any purchase of any product or service from this website or any other. Here is a great set of guidelines for you to keep in mind:

First, just always operate from the position that any website proprietor, including us at Fitness and Nutrition Center, will have a material connection to the product or service provider, and may be compensated as a result of your purchase, unless expressly stated otherwise. Aside from your purchases, note that even you actions could result in earnings for this website. For instance, there could be ads displayed on this website that we are compensated for displaying whenever a website visitor clicks on them.

Second, to the extent that we have every interest in positively furthering our business relationship with you, we certainly desire to share only those offerings that we believe will benefit you. Just because we are not the founder or originator of the product or service, we are not going to withhold knowledge of this offering from you. If you can get some benefit from it, regardless of whether or not you've taken advantage of our own products and/or services, we want you to do well. Thus, we make a good faith effort to only present to you items that we either personally use, have actually tried, or else have faith in the reputation of the provider or concept. You can count on us making this determination based on all relevant and applicable information at the time of the recommendation.

Third, despite the fact that it would be counterproductive to mention products or services that you'll find disappointing or inferior, not only are people different, but it’s also possible for us to have a lapse in judgment. Thus, to be extra cautious, even if you believe in our good faith motives, you may as well go ahead and keep in mind that we could be at least partially influenced by the monetization factor of listing various products or services on our website. Furthermore, in that vein, the reality is that there are sometimes other connections between parties that are not monetary, such as personal capital, goodwill, or otherwise, that could be an underlying undercurrent swaying the decision to promote a particular offering. Due to this hypothetical possibility, you should again simply nor rely solely on what we have to say, but rather just form your own independent opinion just to be safe. Finally, bear in mind that we might also receive free products or services, gifts, or review copies of items too.

Testimonials regarding the outcome or performance of using any product or service are provided to embellish your understanding of the offering. While great effort is made to ensure that they are factually honest, we at Fitness and Nutrition Center are not liable for errors and omissions. Aside from human error, some information may be provided by third parties, such as customers or product/service providers. The best results are not uncommonly correlated with the best efforts, discipline, diligence, and so on, and thus the results depicted cannot, in any way, be construed as common, typical, expected, normal, or associated with the average user’s experience with any given product or service. Exceptional results may be depicted by our website as highlights, but you are responsible for understanding that atypical outcomes may not reflect your experience. Aside from market conditions, products and services change over time. Older products may lose effectiveness. Newer products may not have a reliable track record.

Where products or services might pertain to earning money, the same safeguards about use of testimonials apply. Additionally, note that any related income figures are highly specific to the individual or entity that produced those results, and there can be no assurance that you will be able to leverage the same, or similar, products or services to achieve comparable results. The results, though real, may be the result of the conflation of a number of favorable circumstances that would be difficult to replicate, and so you must proceed with the knowledge that your outcome can differ from any shared on our website.

Professional Consultation
Many products and services are designed to solve problems. Common problem areas include legal, financial, and medical. We are in no way purporting to counsel you on issues related law, finances, or health. If you require guidance in these arenas, you should consider securing your own counsel from lawyers, accountants, tax professionals, investment advisors, or medical professionals before taking any action. Nothing we may ever communicate at Fitness and Nutrition Center, in print or spoken word, will ever be intended to constitute any such counsel, as we do not claim to be professionals in any of those disciplines. You assume all risk for actions taken, losses incurred, damages sustained, or other issues stemming from your use of any product or service in any way connected with or mentioned on this website. Indeed, such decision is solely your own, or else determined in conjunction with the professional guidance of the advisor of your choosing.

Use Of Products & Services
The following are facts you should be advised of if you intend to take advantage of any products or services.

The price paid for products and services change over time. Even the prices of staples and basic commodities change, and there are many factors such as supply and demand, sales and other customer acquisition incentives, and more. Price, and value, can be quite relative. Technology, innovations, product improvements, market penetration, and numerous other factors all weigh in. It is impossible to define the “right” price for any product and service. Willing buyers and willing sellers determine price at any given time. You accept the fact that your purchase reflects your own attribution of value at the time of purchase, and that the price may increase or decrease in the future.

The outcome you experience is dependent upon many factors. Aptitude and attitude go a long way towards success with products and services in virtually any niche, whether fitness or making money. Circumstances, experience, innate abilities, personality, education, time commitments, and perseverance are just a few factors. Given the smorgasbord of interrelated variables, there is no way to reasonably predict your specific outcome with any degree of reliability or certainty.

Income-Producing Products & Services
Income-producing products & services are likewise subject to the above cautions. In addition, however, there are additional factors we like to point out at Fitness and Nutrition Center. Unlike weight loss products or self-help materials, income-producing methods are influenced by the overall health of the economy in which one operates. In times of liquidity, money flows freely and commerce is easier. In times of perceived scarcity, fear, recession, depression, or otherwise, commerce is stymied. Results can be influenced by market sentiment, just as the stock market indices around the world are swayed heavily on news.

Income-producing products & services purchased should be viewed as just that – purchases. Though they can be investments in one’s business, it is not unreasonable to expect that there may not be an express return on that investment, per se. Often, business success is the convergence of a number of factors, methods, strategies, and so on. It can be hard to peg success to one method or machination. This does not necessarily undermine value of any given product or service, as it can have an additive effect. Or, it may have no effect. Since it can be difficult to tell, you should operate on the assumption that your outcome could be zero. We make no guarantees and you should only risk what you can afford to lose on any purchases on or through

Earnings & Income
In light of all of the factors above, impinging on the very nature of income-producing products and services, there is no way to guarantee results of any kind whatsoever. Accordingly, we affirmatively declare that we make no guarantees as to your earnings & income of any kind, at any time.

As with any business endeavor or investment, past performance is no guarantee or predictor of future performance. Any testimonials or other representations of results are for illustrative purposes only and, though every effort is made to ensure they’re factually honest, they are not intended to imply or insinuate what is likely to happen with you. Your reliance on them as such is not advised.

It should be noted that “earnings & income” is so phrased with specific intent. While income may typify the earnings most either seek or are accustomed to, earnings can come in non-monetary forms. These include some forms that are abstract or intangible, and thus not even readily converted to currency or a common medium of exchange. Thus, note that all manner of compensation, including earnings of a non-income yet nevertheless beneficial form, are covered by these provisions.

Affiliates & Other Third Parties
It should also be noted that we only have control over, and thus only accept responsibility for, the content of this website authored by us. Any representations made by others should be considered prima facie unauthorized. You may also read, hear, or otherwise come into contact with commentary about any of our products & services or offerings, and should assume those have likewise not been authorized.

While information, in any form, can arise, at any time, regarding our products & services, there may be times when this results from an affiliate relationship. In other words, we may permit our products & services to be marketed through other individuals, businesses, websites, and otherwise, just as providers of goods and services use retailers and other vendors to make available what they offer.

You should not construe a third-party offer as an endorsement by that third party of any product or service. You should, more conservatively, view it as an offer to buy something. Likewise, as alluded to previously, note that we cannot fully control all marketing practices by all parties. With the use of “mirror” sites, indirect or unauthorized affiliates, “tiered” affiliate structures, and so on, policing the world wide web with any modicum of thoroughness is unlikely. We make reasonable efforts to ensure our affiliates comply with our policies and represent our products & services consistent with our guidelines. However, at Fitness and Nutrition Center we cannot always guarantee they will do so. You are always free to report concerns or abuses via our Contact information.

Customer Care
Last, but not least, please note that our role in briefing you on products and services other than our own is simply as a "matchmaker." We do not provide any support or customer service for those items and you should always contact the owner or provider of those products or services to have any and all questions answered to your satisfaction before purchasing.

Anti-Spam Policy

The following describes the Anti-Spam Policy as outlined in the Table of Contents for Legal Statements for our website.

What Is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited email, also known as junk mail (received via email), or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). Virtually all of us have opened the inbox of an email account and found emails from an unknown sender. By sending email only to those who have requested to receive it, we at Fitness and Nutrition Center are following accepted permission-based email guidelines.

What About The Laws Against Spam?
They exist. However, as with any body of laws, any individual State spam statutes can and will vary. The spam laws of each State can not only vary, but also have different definitions of unsolicited commercial email. Additionally, there may be various federal agencies keeping track of spam, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). At the Federal level, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 promulgates some attempt at a coherent and unified approach to unsolicited commercial email. Ultimately, it would be difficult to enforce spam law violations on any consistent or pervasive basis, so your own vigilance is your own best first line of defense. Beyond that, we protect you by ensuring that you are 100% in control of whether or not you ever hear from Fitness and Nutrition Center by email initially or in the future, as detailed in our “No Tolerance” policy below.

Our No Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy
WE HAVE A NO TOLERANCE SPAM POLICY. We do not email unless someone has filled out an "opt in" form or "webform" expressing an interest in our information or products and/or services, or otherwise directly and proactively requesting it. News of the features and benefits of Membership is spread through advertising, joint venture marketing, and word of mouth, so we are only building relationship with folks who wish to learn more about what we have to offer and willingly subscribe to our content and contact through email. You are always completely in control of whether you receive email communication from, and can terminate at any time.

NOTE - Every auto-generated email contains a mandatory unsubscribe link that cannot be removed. Therefore, each communication generated by carries with it the option to "unsubscribe" and never receive another email communication from Fitness and Nutrition Center.

CHANGE NOTICE: As with any of our administrative and legal notice pages, the contents of this page can and will change over time. Accordingly, this page could read differently as of your very next visit. These changes are necessitated, and carried out by Fitness and Nutrition Center, in order to protect you and our website.
